摘要
航天伺服系统用伺服阀为精密元件,对多余物敏感,为减少多余物隐患,文章对伺服阀用小规格螺纹进行了优化设计,减少螺纹薄弱环节,降低零件在反复装拆过程中螺牙磨损或脱落带来的多余物隐患,并提供了计算方法和试验验证。
The servo valve used in aerospace servo system is a precision component,sensitive to reminders.In order to reduce the hidden danger of superfluous matters,this paper carries out the optimization design of small-size thread used in servo valve,reduces the weak link of thread,decreases the hidden danger of superfluous matters caused by the wear or fall off of thread tooth in the process of repeated assembly and disassembly of parts,and provides the calculation method and test verification.
