摘要
为解决YB517型盒外透明纸包装机烟包横向输入机构在运行过程中,机构频繁出现挤烟停机、传送带磨损断裂等故障,对该机构进行了改进。将原来的三级传送改进为一级传送,并且设计了张紧装置和通道壁补偿导轨。结果表明:改进后与烟包横向输入机构相关的故障停机次数比改进前减少55%,减少了维修时间,降低了维修费用。
To solve the problems that the jam of cigarette package was frequent during operation,and the conveyor belts were worn and torn frequently,the horizontal input mechanism of YB517 cellophane packager was improved.The three-stage transmission was improved to single stage transmission,and the tensioning device and the compensation guide of channel wall were designed.The results showed that the number of failures related to the horizontal input mechanism was 55%less than before,which reduced the maintenance time and maintenance cost.
