摘要
文章中所提到的新型镦头器包含壳体以及从左至右依次安装在壳体内腔中的压盖、阀体、镦头活塞、镦头模、夹具和锥形筒锚环;所述镦头模安装在镦头活塞靠近夹具一侧的端面上;所述夹具活动安装在锥形筒锚环内,该夹具是由三个圆心角为120°的扇形夹片组成,夹具的外形呈锥形且外侧壁与锥形筒锚环的内壁贴合;所述压盖的中部设有左右横穿压盖的第一油道,所述压盖的一端设有油槽;所述阀体内横向布置有两个单向阀,两个单向阀的准通方向相反;所述镦头活塞与壳体内壁之间密封安装有加紧活塞;所述镦头模的模心为圆柱型凹槽,所述壳体侧壁设有第二油道,所述第二油道的一端与镦头活塞退回时的工作腔连通,新型镦头器具有可靠性高,运行流畅,安装方便等特点。
The new type upsetting device mentioned in this paper comprises a shell and a cover,a valve body,an upsetting piston,a upsetting die,a fixture and a conical cylinder anchor ring installed in the inner cavity of the shell from left to right;the upsetting die is installed on the end face of the upsetting piston near one side of the clamp.The fixture is movably installed in a conical cylinder anchor ring,which is composed of three fan-shaped clamps with a central angle of 120°,the shape of the fixture is tapered and the outer wall of the fixture is fitted with the inner wall of the conical cylinder anchor ring;the middle part of the cover is provided with a first oil channel which crosses the cover left and right,and one end of the cover is provided with an oil groove;two one-way valves are transversely arranged in the valve body,and the quasi-passing directions of the two one-way valves are opposite.A tightening piston is sealed between the upsetting piston and the inner wall of the shell;the die center of the upsetting die is a cylindrical groove,and the side wall of the shell is provided with a second oil channel,and one end of the second oil channel is communicated with the working cavity when the upsetting piston returns,and the new upsetting device has the advantages of high reliability,smooth operation,convenient installation and the like.
