摘要
为了研究不同富硒产物对小鼠CCl4致肝损伤氧化应激的影响,选择雄性昆明小鼠70只,随机分成7组:对照组、模型组、亚硒酸钠组、富硒花生组、富硒大豆组、富硒大麦组、复合富硒组,每组10只。对照组及模型组饲喂普通鼠粮;其余组分别饲喂添加亚硒酸钠、富硒花生、富硒大豆、富硒大麦、复合富硒产物的鼠粮(鼠粮硒含量均为0.4 mg/kg)。饲喂28 d后,腹腔注射CCl4建立小鼠急性肝损伤模型,检测小鼠血清中谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)水平,肝匀浆中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果表明,与模型组相比,富硒花生组、富硒大豆组、富硒大麦组、复合富硒组血清ALT、AST活性均极显著下降(p<0.01),肝组织SOD和GSH-PX的酶活力值均极显著或显著上升(p<0.01或p<0.05),MDA含量均极显著或显著降低(p<0.01或p<0.05)。结果表明,富硒花生、富硒大豆、富硒燕麦及复合富硒产物均可减轻机体氧化应激反应,从而改善小鼠CCl4所致肝损伤。
In order to study the effects of different selenium enriched products on oxidative stress of CCl4 induced liver injury in mice,70 male Kunming mice were randomly divided into 7 groups:control group,model group,sodium selenite group,selenium enriched peanut group,selenium enriched soybean group,selenium enriched barley group and compound selenium enriched group,10 in each group.The control group and the model group were fed with normal rat food,while the other groups were fed with rat food supplemented with sodium selenite,selenium enriched peanut,selenium enriched soybean,selenium enriched barley and compound selenium enriched product(the selenium content of rat food was 0.4 mg/kg).After 28 d,CCl4 was injected intraperitoneally to establish a model of acute liver injury in mice.The levels of ALT,AST,SOD,GSH-Px and MDA were measured.The results showed that compared with the model group,the serum ALT and AST activities of Se enriched peanut group,Se enriched soybean group,Se enriched barley group and compound Se enriched group decreased significantly(p<0.01),the enzyme activities of SOD and GSH-PX in liver tissue increased significantly(p<0.01 or p<0.05),and the MDA content decreased significantly(p<0.01 or p<0.05).The results showed that the Se enriched peanut,Se enriched soybean,Se enriched oats and compound Se enriched products could reduce the oxidative stress and improve the liver injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
