摘要
评定高效液相色谱-荧光法测定胡麻油中苯并(α)芘含量的不确定度。依据国家计量技术规范JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,建立苯并(α)芘不确定度的数学模型,并对各不确定度分量进行分析,计算合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。结果表明,当样品中苯并(α)芘的含量为5.682μg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.305μg/kg(P=95%,k=2),标准曲线拟合、重复性测量、标准溶液配制是测量不确定度的主要来源。
Uncertainty of determination of benzo(α)pyrene in linseed oil was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography-fluorescence detection method.The sources of uncertainty in determination of benzo(α)pyrene were analyzed according to the national measurement technical specification JJF 1059.1—2012 evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement.The combined uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated by establishing mathematical model.The results showed that the expanded uncertainty was 0.305μg/kg(P=95%,k=2)when the benzo(α)pyrene content was 5.682μg/kg,which was greater caused by curve fitting,repeatability of determination and preparation of standard solution.
