摘要
姜黄素是一种天然产物,具有多种生物学功能,随着人们对姜黄素组织结构和生物活性研究的深入,发现与现有药物对比其安全性更高,对预防疾病的保健功能及治疗疾病的药用功能也比较显著,是一种具有潜能的天然药物,在国内外备受关注。对姜黄素主要的生物学功能研究进展进行了综述。
Curcumin is a natural product.It has multiple biological functions.With the in-depth study of the structure and biological activity of curcumin.It is found that it is safer compared with existing drugs.Curcumin also has significant health care functions for preventing diseases and medicinal functions for treatingdiseases.It is a natural medicine with potential and has attracted much attention at home and abroad.This article reviewed the research progress of the main biological functions of curcumin.
