基于注水原理TOPSIS法的水环境质量评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 对水质影响因子权重完全未知的情况,基于注水原理,建立了区间型属性权重的确定模型.通过将水质监测数据和水环境质量评价标准转化为区间数浓度矩阵,运用定义的区间数属性权重优化模型,得到了浑河东陵大桥处13个水质指标影响因子的权重值.定义了一个新的距离公式,利用定义的距离公式,结合欧式距离,得出了各评价等级与正理想解间的贴近度,并根据各评价等级与正理想解间贴近度的大小,得出浑河东陵大桥处水质评价的最可能等级为劣V级.提出的水环境质量评价模型,不仅可以用于水质等级的评价中,对考虑区间数的多属性决策问题,也有一定的借鉴和推广价值. In this paper,based on the principle of water injection,the interval attribute weight determination model is established when the weight of water quality impact factor is completely unknown.By transforming water quality monitoring data and water environment quality evaluation criteria into interval number concentration matrix,and using the interval number attribute weight optimization model defined,the weight values of 13 water quality index influencing factors at the Hunhe Dongling Bridge were obtained.A new distance formula is defined.By using the defined distance formula and combining the Euclidean distance,the closeness between each evaluation grade and the positive ideal solution is obtained,and according to the degree of closeness between each evaluation grade and the positive ideal solution,the most likely grade of water quality evaluation of Hunhe Dongling Bridge is grade V.The model can not only be used in the evaluation of water quality grade,but also can be used for reference and generalization for the multi-attribute decision making problem with interval number.
