摘要
论文通过对M公司的运营管理现状的调研,并利用运营平台大数据对筒仓运营进行了SWOT矩阵分析。研究表明,依据M公司筒仓占港口总仓容的比例,确定中转收费分成模式;通过作业流程的功率分配,定量计算中转费用分成份额;按M公司筒仓中转份额占X港的比例,确定中转费用分成份额的模式,以上是适应新经营战略的有效策略。
Through the investigation of the operation and management status of M Company,this paper analyzes the silo operation with SWOT matrix using big data of operation platform.Research shows that according to the proportion of M Company's silo in port's total storage capacity,the transfer charge sharing mode is determined;through the power distribution of operation process,the transfer cost sharing is calculated quantitatively;according to the proportion of M Company's silo transfer share in port X,the mode of transfer cost sharing is determined.These are the effective strategies to adapt to the new business strategies.
