体验经济与企业的经营管理改革

摘要 随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,社会需求由物质层面向精神、文化层面提升,人们的消费形态由理性的物质形态消费向感性的“体验消费”方式转变。体验经济主要是以商品为道具,以服务为舞台进行发展的,将体验作为经济提供品,与服务经济有着本质的区别。体验经济的出现不仅为人类社会的经济发展提供了一条崭新的思路,也预示着在未来企业的经营与管理领域都将会发生巨大的变化。 With the development of social economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,social demand has been improved from material level to spiritual and cultural level.People's consumption pattern has changed from rational material pattern consumption to perceptual"experience consumption"mode.Experience economy is mainly developed with commodities as props and service as stage.It regards experience as an economic offering,which is essentially different from service economy.The emergence of experience economy not only provides a new way of thinking for the economic development of human society,but also indicates that great changes will take place in the business and management fields of enterprises in the future.
