浅谈排队论在粤港通关流程中的运用

Discussion on the Application of Queuing Theory in the Customs Clearance Process of Guangdong and Hong Kong

改革开放以来,粤港地区的经济得到了空前绝后的飞速发展。但伴随着经济的发展,也滋生了一些区域协调的问题。其中,粤港跨境物流、粤港跨境人员、粤港跨境产业合作等问题尤为明显。粤港地区对通关便利化的要求越来越高,因此,全面分析粤港通关流程中的现存问题,开拓新思路来促使粤港通关流程简化便捷对促进粤港地区协调发展意义重大。论文重点探究了排队论在粤港通关流程中的运用,从排队论的重要内涵及应用、粤港通关流程现存问题和排队论在粤港通关流程中运用的路径三方面来进行论述。

Since the reform and opening up,the economy of Guangdong and Hong Kong has been unprecedented rapid development.However,along with the economic development,there are also some problems of regional coordination.Among them,the cross border logistics,cross border personnel,cross border industrial cooperation between Guangdong and Hong Kong are particularly obvious.Guangdong and Hong Kong have increasingly higher requirements for customs clearance facilitation.Therefore,it is of great significance to comprehensively analyze the existing problems in the customs clearance process of Guangdong and Hong Kong and explore new ideas to make the customs clearance process of Guangdong and Hong Kong easier and more convenient to promote the coordinated development of Guangdong and Hong Kong.This paper focuses on the application of queuing theory in the process of Guangdong-Hong Kong customs clearance,and discusses the important connotation and application of queuing theory,the existing problems of Guangdong-Hong Kong customs clearance process and the application path of queuing theory in the process of Guangdong-Hong Kong customs clearance.
