Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Revisiting the Cultural and Creative Industrial Park from the Perspective of PPM Model

文化创意产业成为人们休闲娱乐的重要场所之一,但随着文化创意产业园的大量发展,重复复制园区越来越多,文创园区的创意性不突出,所以论文以南昌市699文创园为研究对象,运用PPM模型分析南昌市699文创园区所处的内部和外部环境,从环境分析中提取游客及消费者重游的主要影响因素,并对此提出有针对性的对策。

Cultural and creative industry become one of the important place for people entertainment,but along with the development of cultural and creative industrial park,duplicated park is becoming more and more.The creativity of the cultural and creative park is not prominent,so this paper takes the 699 cultural and creative park in Nanchang as the research object,uses PPM model to analyze the internal and external environment of the 699 cultural and creative park in Nanchang,extracts the main influencing factors for tourists and consumers to revisit the park from the environmental analysis,and proposes targeted countermeasures.
