The ideological work of state-owned enterprises is an important part of the Party building work in state-owned enterprises,which belongs to the work of"setting the heart for the country and establishing the soul for the nation",and its significance is self-evident.However,under the current situation,there are still many problems existing in the ideological work of state-owned enterprises.This paper discusses how to strengthen the ideological work of state-owned enterprises from the perspective of work effectiveness,and grasp the leadership and initiative in the ideological field.
