维药起尔玛欧克贴敷联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效观察

Clinical Effect of Uygur Medicine Applied Exteriorly Combined with Acupuncture Treatment on Cervical Spondylotic Radiculomyelopathy

目的:探讨维药起尔玛欧克贴敷(维药贴敷)联合针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取98例神经根型颈椎病患者,将其随机分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=48);对照组采用针刺治疗,观察组采用针刺联合维药贴敷治疗,持续治疗时间为一个疗程(10天)。比较两组患者治疗后的治愈率和有效率,并通过田中靖久神经根型颈椎病症状量表20分法对两组患者治疗前后进行评分,以比较两种治疗方法对症状的改善效果。结果:观察组和对照组的有效率分别为98.00%和87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治愈率为52.00%,对照组为18.75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组症状量表评分,无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者的评分都有显著提高,但观察组得分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:与单独针刺治疗神经根型颈椎病相比,采用针刺联合维药贴敷治疗,治愈率和有效率更高,且对症状改善效果更佳。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Uygur Medicine applied exteriorly combined with acupuncture treatment on patients with cervical spondylotic radiculomyelopathy.Methods:A total of 98 patients with cervical spondylotic radiculomyelopathy were selected,and randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=48).The control group were acupuncture treatment,and the observation group were additionally given Uygur Medicine e applied exteriorly.The treatment lasted for one course(10 days).The curative rate and effective rate were compared,The 20-point scale of CSR developed by Japanese scholar,Tanaka Yasuhisa,was used to eveluate the clinical symptoms before and after the treatment.Results:The effective rate was 98.00% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than the control group(87.50%)(P<0.05).The curative rate was 52.00% in the observation group,which was significantly higher than the control group(18.75%)(P<0.05).There were no significant different between the two groups on 20-point scale before the treatment(P>0.05),while after the treatment their scores significantly increased,and the observation group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uygur Medicine applied exteriorly combined with acupuncture treatment on cervical spondylotic radiculomyelopathy has better clinical effect with higher curative rate,compared with acupuncture treatment only.It can significantly improve patients’ clinical symptoms.
