心脑疏通胶囊中两种丹参酮类成分的薄层鉴别与含量测定

TLC Identification and Content Determination of 2 Kinds of Tanshinones in Xinnao Shutong Capsule

目的:建立心脑疏通胶囊中两种丹参酮类成分的薄层鉴别与含量测定方法。方法:以丹参酮IIA、隐丹参酮为对照,建立薄层色谱鉴别方法;色谱条件:Waters XSelect C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为270nm。结果:薄层色谱斑点清晰,阴性样品无相应特征斑点;丹参酮IIA、隐丹参酮线性关系良好(r>0.999),说明所用方法精密度、重复性符合要求。结论:该研究可为心脑疏通胶囊的质量控制提供参考。

Objective:To establish TLC identification and content determination methods of 2 kinds of tanshinones in Xinnao Shutong capsule.Methods:Using tanshinone IIA and cryptotanshinone as controls,a TLC identification method was developed.HPLC conditions:Waters XSelect C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)as analytical column and acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase in a gradient mode.Detecting wavelength was set at 270 nm.Results:The spots on TLC plates were clear without corresponding characteristic spots in the negative sample.Tanshinone IIA and cryptotanshinone had a good linear relationship(r>0.999).The precision and repeatability of the method meet the requirements.Conclusion:The proposed method of TLC and HPLC can provide a certain reference for the quality control of Xinnao Shutong capsule.
