摘要
目的:探索制川乌炮制工艺参数,优化制川乌炮制工艺。方法:以2015版《中国药典》制川乌含量检测为标准,通过工艺研究,优化炮制过程中蒸制时间、浸泡时间。结果:优化的制川乌炮制工艺参数为:去除杂质,于室温下加水浸泡3天,采用蒸制方法隔水蒸制7h,切片,烘干即得。结论:经优化后的制川乌投入大生产中生物碱限量和含量都比较稳定,明确了大生产过程中制川乌的工艺规程,使工业化生产过程中质量更加稳定、可控。
The combination of literature and the actual production base of enterprises,explore the processing parameters and optimize the processing technology of Processed Radix ACONITI.The soaking time and steaming time in the process of processing were optimized according to the standard of 15 edition pharmacopoeia.Explore and optimize process parameters,in the end,form a stable processing technology.The processing parameters were as follows:remove impurities,then soak in water for 3 days at room temperature,and steam for 7 hours,in the end slice and dry.get the finished product of Processed Radix ACONITI.After optimization,the quantity and content of alkaloids in the large-scale production of radix aconitae sinensis were stable,and the technological procedure of Aconiti radix cocta in the large-scale production was clarified,so that the quality of Processed Radix ACONITI in the industrial production was more stable and controllable.Further explanation,the experimental data werethe stable and reliable.
