化痰通脉汤治疗痰饮阻滞型慢性心力衰竭临床疗效评价

Clinical Evaluation of Huatan Tongmai Decoction in Treating Chronic Heart Failure with Phlegm-fluid Retention

目的:探讨化痰通脉汤对痰饮阻滞型慢性心力衰竭患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取福建中医药大学附属泉州市中医院86例痰饮阻滞型慢性心力衰竭患者,随机分为观察组和对照组。由于脱落5例,最终完成治疗的患者共有81例,其中观察组41例,对照组40例。对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用化痰通脉汤,两组的疗程均为4周。观察治疗前后心功能、BNP、中医证候积分、明尼苏达生活质量积分的变化,并监测不良反应。结果:观察组与对照组比较,心功能分级、中医证候、生活质量均明显改善(P<0.05),BNP显著下降(P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论:化痰通脉汤治疗痰饮阻滞型慢性心力衰竭患者安全有效,能缓解临床症状,改善心功能,提高生活质量,降低BNP。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Huatan Tongmai decoction on patients with phlegm-fluid retention type of chronic heart failure.Methods:86 cases of chronic heart failure patients with phlegm-fluid retention type in Quanzhou hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into observation group and control group.5 cases of abscission and 81 patients completed the treatment,including 41 cases in the observation group and 40 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Huatan Tongmai decoction on the basis of the control group.The changes of cardiac function,BNP,TCM syndrome score and Minnesota quality of life score were observed before and after treatment,and adverse reactions were monitored.Results:The observation group was compared with the control group,the cardiac function classification,TCM syndrome and quality of life of the observation group were significantly improved(P<0.05),BNP significantly decreased(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reaction was found in both groups.Conclusion:Huatan Tongmai decoction is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with chronic heart failure caused by phlegm-fluid retention,which can relieve clinical symptoms,improve cardiac function,improve quality of life and decrease BNP.
