基于数据挖掘的抗肿瘤中药方剂用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Rules of Anti-tumor Chinese Medicine Formula Based on Data Mining

分析"中国方剂数据库"中抗肿瘤中药方剂的配伍特点及用药规律,为临床应用及新药研发提供参考。方法:收集"中国方剂数据库"中的抗肿瘤方剂,对其进行数据清洗及标准化,收集方剂中所涉及的中药的药性及药效分类,建立抗肿瘤方剂数据库;使用Excel对方剂中所涉及的中药及其功效分类进行频数统计;使用Python对方剂所涉及的中药及其功效分类进行关联规则分析,以挖掘抗肿瘤方剂的关联关系。结果:经筛选及标准化处理后,共纳入方剂1 364首,含中药13 355味次,涉及21类中药705个,挖掘出中药核心组合7个及药效核心组合10个。结论:中医治疗恶性肿瘤重视以固本扶正为本,使用补益类药物并随证配伍活血化瘀、理气、温里、清热、泻下类的中药。

Objective:To analyze the compatibility characteristics and medication rules of anti-tumor Chinese medicine prescriptions in"Chinese Formula Database",and provide reference for clinical application and new drug research and development.Methods:Collect the anti-tumor prescriptions in the"Chinese Formula Database",clean and standardize the data,collect the medicinal and pharmacodynamic classification of the traditional Chinese medicines involved in the prescription,establish a database of anti-tumor prescriptions,and use the Chinese medicines involved in the Excel counterparts.The frequency and statistics of its efficacy classification were carried out;the association rules of Chinese medicines and their efficacy classifications were used to explore the correlation between drugs and various pharmacodynamics of anti-tumor prescriptions.Results:After screening and standardization treatment,a total of 1364 prescriptions were included,containing 13355 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine,involving 705 Chinese medicines,and 7 core combinations of Chinese medicines and 10 core combinations of pharmacodynamics.Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine treats malignant tumors with the emphasis on solidification and strengthening of the body.It uses the tonic medicines and is accompanied by traditional Chinese medicines that promote blood circulation,qi,qi,warming and diarrhea.
