基于数据挖掘技术的针灸治疗经前期综合征临床选穴规律研究

A Study on the Law of Acupuncture Point Selection in the Treatment of Premenstrual Syndrome Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:基于数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗经前期综合征选穴规律,可为临床治疗提供参考。方法:从CNKI、CBM、维普中文数据库及Pubmed英文数据库中收集自建库以来至2019年10月的针灸治疗经前期综合征的临床研究,使用Excel软件建立针灸治疗经前期综合征的穴位处方,运用Python,SPSS Statistics,SPSS Modeler进行描述性分析、系统聚类规则分析和关联规则分析,并应用CytosCape3.7.0绘制复杂网络图。结论:针灸治疗经前期综合征所选穴位频次最高的是三阴交,膀胱经所占比例最高,聚类分析可将常用穴位分为三阴交-太冲、脾俞-肾俞-膈俞-肝俞、气海-关元-内关-膻中-百会、其他穴位为一组。关联规则分析显示太冲-三阴交的相关性最高。

Objective:To analyze the law of acupoints in the treatment of premenstrual syndrome based on data mining technology,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:Search articles about acupuncture in treating premenstrual syndrome in CNKI,CBM,VIP Chinese database and Pubmed English database from setup time to October 2019,and establish the prescription of acupuncture therapy for premenstrual syndrome by Excel.Python,SPSS Statistic,SPSS Modeler were used to mine descriptive analysis,hierarchical clustering rules and association rules respectively.CytosCape3.7.0 is used to draw complex network diagram.Conclusion:The acupoints selected for the treatment of premenstrual syndrome with the highest frequency are sanyin jiao,and the proportion of bladder meridian is the highest.Cluster analysis can divide the commonly used acupoints into three groups:sanyinjiao-taichong,pishu-shenshu-geshu-ganshu,qihai-guan yuan-neiguan-shanzhong-baihui,and other acupoints.The association rule analysis shows that the correlation between taichong and sanyinjiao is the highest.
