Analysis of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Enteritis Based on Six Meridians

肠炎为临床常见病,病因较复杂,病情易反复。以《伤寒论》六经病证为基础,将有关肠病治疗的条文以太阳肠病、阳明肠病、少阳肠病、太阴肠病、少阴肠病、厥阴肠病之六经辨证进行归纳总结。从三阳经及三阴经对肠炎的发病机理及治疗加以探析,为临床肠病证治提供思路和方法,以期对临床有所裨益。

Enteritis is a common clinical disease with complicated etiology and easy to recur.Based on the syndrome differentiation of six meridians in Treatise on febrile diseases,this paper summarizes the articles on the treatment of enteropathy according to the syndrome differentiation of six meridians of Taiyang enteropathy,Yangming enteropathy,Shaoyang enteropathy,Taiyin enteropathy,Shaoyin enteropathy and Jueyin enteropathy,and analyzes the pathogenesis and treatment of enteropathy from the three yang and three yin meridians,which provides a better idea and method for the clinical treatment of enteropathy,and hope to benefit clinicians.
