抗静电仿棉全消光绒类织物生产实践

摘要 选用16.7 tex/288 f(150 D/288 f)的全消光涤纶DTY为面纱,8.3 tex/36 f(75 D/36 f)的全消光涤纶FDY和7.8 tex/39 f(70 D/39 f)的导电丝FDY为地纱,在经编机上编织全消光绒类织物,并对织物进行高温染色及吸湿排汗整理,制备抗静电仿棉全消光绒类织物。详细介绍原料、设备、编织工艺、染整工艺,并对织物进行性能测试。结果表明,导电丝比例为3%、织造湿度为50%~70%、吸湿排汗助剂用量为5 g/L、定形温度为180~190℃,所制织物手感柔软蓬松、光泽柔和、不易褶皱变形、抗静电、吸湿排汗效果好。 The 16.7 tex/288 f(150 D/288 f)full dull polyester DTY was selected as the surface yarn,and using 8.3 tex/36 f(75 D/36 f)full dull polyester FDY and 7.8 tex/39 f(70 D/39 f)conductive filament FDY as ground yarn,the full dull plush fabric was knitted on warp knitting machine.And the fabric was dyed at high temperature and treated with moisture absorption and perspiration to prepare antistatic imitative cotton full dull plush fabric.The raw materials,equipment,knitting process,dyeing and finishing process were introduced in detail,and the properties of the fabric were tested.The results show that the proportion of conductive filament is 3%,the knitting humidity is 50%~70%,the dosage of moisture absorption and perspiration adjuvants are 5 g/L,and the setting temperature is 180~190℃,the fabric has soft and fluffy handle,soft luster,not easy to wrinkle and deform,antistatic,moisture absorption and perspiration performance.
