摘要
结合某大功率雷达谐波抑制度测量实例,优化了测试天线被动对准方法,通过放大器与滤波器组合测量,得到了测量结果。分别使用"测量不确定度表示指南"(GUM)法和自适应蒙特卡洛法(AMCM)建立测量模型,对测量结果不确定度进行评定,在不确定度来源相同条件下,通过比较95%概率包含区间端点差值,GUM法未通过AMCM验证,AMCM对该项目测量结果不确定度评定有更高的可靠性。
In this paper,according to a measurement case of harmonic suppression for a high power radar,the alignment method of the testing antenna is optimized,and the measurement results are obtained by the combination of amplifier and filter.The uncertainty of measurement results is evaluated respectively by using the"Guide to the Uncertainty in Measurement"(GUM)method and Adaptive Monte Carlo method(AMCM).Under the same uncertainty source conditions,by comparing the endpoints difference under the 95%probability inclusion interval,The GUM method fails to pass the verification of AMCM,and AMCM has higher reliability for the uncertainty evaluation of measurement results of radar harmonic suppression measurement.
