660 MW汽轮机配汽方式对机组煤耗影响分析

摘要 结合某台660 MW机组单阀和顺序阀两种配汽方式的高压缸效率试验,分析了配汽方式对高压缸效率的影响,建立了高压缸效率变化对机组热耗率和发电煤耗率影响模型。试验表明,在60%额定负荷时,顺序阀比单阀高压缸效率高2.79%,使机组热耗率降低39.06 kJ/(kW·h),发电煤耗率减少1.48 g/(kW·h)。顺序阀运行经济性好于单阀运行,负荷越低节能效果越明显。 Based on the high pressure cylinder efficiency test of a 660 MW unit with single valve and sequence valve,the influence of steam distribution mode on the efficiency of high pressure cylinder is analyzed,and the influence model of high pressure cylinder efficiency change on unit heat rate and coal consumption rate of power generation is established.The test results show that the efficiency of the sequence valve is 2.79%higher than that of the single valve at 60%rated load.The heat consumption rate of the unit is reduced by 39.06 kJ/(kW·h)and the coal consumption rate of power generation is reduced by 1.48 g/(kW·h).The economy of sequence valve is better than that of single valve,and the lower the load,the more obvious the energy saving effect.
