摘要
目前临床存在营养筛查和营养评定工具交互使用的情况,影响慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)病人营养评价的准确性。本文依据美国肠外肠内营养学会(ASPEN)提出的成人营养管理(Nutrition Care)路径,从营养筛查和营养评定两方面介绍了COPD病人常用的营养评价方式及研究进展,旨在为临床选择恰当的营养评价方式提供依据,预测COPD病人营养不良风险,评定COPD病人营养状态。
In clinical practice,nutrition screening tools and nutrition assessment tools are used interactively,which affects the accuracy of nutrition evaluation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Based on the Adult Nutrition Care Pathway proposed by ASPEN,this paper introduces nutrition evaluation methods of COPD patients from two aspects of nutrition screening and nutrition assessment.The aim is to provide a basis for clinical selection of appropriate nutritional evaluation methods,to predict the nutrition risk of malnutrition and assess the nutritional status in COPD patients.
