国家公园和自然保护地建设成为近年中国生态文明重大战略的排头兵。2013年十八届三中全会首次提出“建立国家公园体制”,2015年发改委等13个部委印发《建立国家公园体制试点方案》,2017年中共中央、国务院发布《建立国家公园体制总体方案》,2017年十九大报告提出“构建以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系”,2019年中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于建立以国家公园为主体的自然保护地体系的指导意见》。

The construction of national parks and nature reserves has become the vanguard of China's major strategy of ecological civilization in recent years.In 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of CPC first proposed"establishing a national park system".In 2015,13 ministries and commissions including the National Development and Reform Commission issued the Pilot Program for Establishing a National Park System.
