Research progress on clinical manifestations and influencing factors of medical personnel as the second victims

本文通过回顾国内外第二受害者的相关文献,介绍了患者安全事件中第二受害者的定义、第二受害者术语的争议。并且,从医务人员作为第二受害者的临床表现及发病率,第二受害者综合征的影响因素及第二受害者综合征的不良后果等方面进行综述。以期提高我国医疗机构对第二受害者的关注,提高社会对医务人员身心健康的关注度,为后续开展医务人员作为第二受害者相关研究提供参考。

This paper reviews the literatures on the second victim at home and abroad and introduces the definition of the second victim in patient safety incidents and the controversy over the terms of the second victim.In addition,the clinical manifestations and morbidity of medical staff as second victims,the influencing factors of second victim syndrome and the adverse consequences of second victim syndrome were reviewed.The paper aims to improve the attention of medical institutions to the second victim and the attention of the society to the physical and mental health of medical personnel,so as to provide reference for the follow-up research on medical personnel as the second victim.
