层级链式护理联合消炎止咳方在小儿肺炎中的应用效果研究

Study on the application effect of hierarchical chain nursing combined with anti-inflammatory and antitussive prescription in treatment of pediatric pneumonia

目的研究层级链式护理联合消炎止咳方在小儿肺炎中的应用效果。方法研究对象为小儿肺炎患者200例,患者收取时间为2016年2月1日至2018年5月10日,采用抽签分组方式分为观察组(实施层级链式护理联合消炎止咳方)和对照组(实施常规护理),每组100例。将2组患者应用效果进行对比。结果观察组小儿肺炎患者的FVC(3.78±1.17)L、FEV1(4.29±1.01)L、PEF指标(3.55±0.35)L/s和对照组FVC(2.01±1.05)L、FEV1(2.01±1.01)L、PEF指标(2.32±0.26)L/s差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组小儿肺炎患者的退热时间[(4.02±1.01)d]、呼吸平稳时间[(1.15±0.25)d]、咳嗽消失时间[(2.17±0.11)d]短于对照组患者(P<0.05);护理前,观察组小儿肺炎患者心理方面、生理方面、社会活动、躯体领域等方面评分与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,观察组小儿肺炎患者的生活质量高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组小儿肺炎患者家属焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于对照组患者家属(P<0.05)。结论通过对小儿肺炎患者应用层级链式护理联合消炎止咳方后,取得显著效果,在多个方面取得显著优势。

Objective To investigate the application effect of hierarchical chain nursing combined with anti-inflammatory and antitussive prescription in treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 200 patients with pediatric pneumonia who were admitted and treated in our hospital from February 1,2016 to May 10,2018 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into observation group(n=100)and control group(n=100)according to lot grouping mode.The patients in observation group were treated by hierarchical chain nursing combined with anti-inflammatory and antitussive prescription,however,the patients in control group were treated by routine nursing.The therapeutic effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the FVC,FEV1,PEF between observation group and control group(P<0.05).The antipyretic time,respiratory stable time and cough disappearance time in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Before the nursing,there were no differences in the psychological scores,physiological scores,and the scores of social activities and physical fields between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the life quality in observation group was superior to that in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the scores of anxiety and depression in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hierarchical chain nursing combined with anti-inflammatory and antitussive prescription in treatment of pediatric pneumonia can obtain significant effects,which has the advantages in many aspects.
