基于HACCP的四肢皮瓣移植术后康复护理效果观察

目的探究基于HACCP的四肢皮瓣移植术后康复护理效果。方法选取2016年1月至2019年1月就诊且接受四肢皮瓣移植术治疗的患者116例,经随机原则分成对照组及观察组,每组58例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组利用常规护理联合HACCP方案,分析组间术后康复护理效果差异。结果观察组时间指标均缩短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后皮瓣成活率与对照组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后血管危象等级分布与对照组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后血管危象发生不同时间点分布与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后不同时间点皮瓣各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不同时间内皮瓣断蒂恢复功能情况与对照组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用HACCP方案强化四肢皮瓣移植术后康复护理,能够获得更好的临床效果。

Objective To investigate the effects of rehabilitation nursing after four limbs flap transplantation based on HACCP.Methods A total of 116 patients who were treated by four limbs flap transplantation in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group(n=58)and observation group(n=58).The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by routine nursing combined with HACCP scheme.The postoperative rehabilitation nursing effects were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The time indexes in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in survival rate of flaps between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the grade distribution of occurrence of postoperative vascular crisis at different time points between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of skin flaps at different time points in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover there was significant difference in the functional recovery of pedicle of the endothelial valve at different time points between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion To use HACCP scheme to strengthen the rehabilitation nursing after four limbs flap transplantation can obtain better clinical effects.
