从合金废料中回收铼的技术现状和发展趋势

Technical status and development trend of recovering rhenium from alloy scrap

摘要 随着稀有金属资源的稀缺性和重要性日益突显,从二次资源中回收稀有金属受到国内外学者的广泛关注,特别是金属铼的回收利用已经成为时下研究的热点。简要介绍了铼的性质、应用以及铼合金废料的主要形式,并对国内外从含铼合金废料中回收铼的工艺方法做出总结,主要包括火法、湿法、电化学法以及火湿法联合冶金工艺等,重点阐述了不同工艺方法的铼回收率、纯度、优缺点及应用范围。并在此基础上,对铼合金废料回收铼工艺的发展方向提出了展望。 With the scarcity and importance of rare metal resources becoming increasingly prominent,the recovery of rare metal from secondary resources has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad,especially the recovery and utilization of rhenium has become a hot research topic.The nature and application of rhenium and the main forms of rhenium alloy scrap were briefly introduced,and the process of recovering rhenium from rhenium-containing alloy scrap was summarized,including pyrometallurgical process,hydrometallurgical process,electrochemical metallurgy process and pyro-hydrometallurgy process,etc.The recovery rates,purity,advantages and disadvantages,and application range of different processes are analyzed,and the development direction of rhenium recovery process from rhenium-containing alloy scrap is proposed.
