摘要
良圻原种猪场2003年开始实施猪伪狂犬病净化方案,通过全群采血检测、淘汰野毒感染种猪、采用伪狂犬病g E基因缺失疫苗免疫、引入阴性后备种猪、完善并严格执行生物安全防疫制度和日常饲养管理等综合性措施,成功地在大于6 000头母猪的种猪场净化了猪伪狂犬病,构建阴性种猪群。建立了伪狂犬病毒感染低阳性率的大型种猪场的猪伪狂犬病净化模式。2011年底和2012年上半年国内部分猪场发生猪伪狂犬病疫情(后证实为变异株),为应对疫情,良圻场在2012年12月再次开展不同疫苗比对试验,发现应用优质"活+灭"疫苗可显著提高猪只中和抗体水平。被变异伪狂犬病毒感染的规模猪场,执行净化方案时,对基础猪群加免灭活疫苗,可缩短基础猪群猪伪狂犬病净化的进程,进一步表明多年前制定的猪伪狂犬病净化方案依然有效。
The Liangqi Farm began to implement the elimination of pseudorabies program in 2003.Through the whole herd serum test,culled wild-infected sows,inoculated gE deletion vaccine,introduced negative replacement gilts,strictly performed biosecurity protocols and daily management,we have successfully eliminated the pseudorabies for 6000 sows in Liangqi farm.We established an eradication model for large-scale breeding farms with low positive of pseudorabies virus infection.Some pig farms in China got infected by the pseudorabies(later confi rmed as variant strains)at the end of 2011.In order to solve the epidemic,we trialed 2 vaccines at farm in December 2012 and found that high-quality vaccine including"live+killed"can signifi cantly increase the level of neutralizing antibodies in pigs.In large-scale farms infected by the variant Pseudorabies virus,when we implemented the eliminated program,plus inoculated high quality killed vaccines that can shorten the process time of eliminating the pseudorabies in sow farm.It indicates that the pseudorabies elimination program developed many years ago still works well.
