化瘀解毒汤联合溻渍法治疗2型糖尿病并发下肢丹毒疗效观察

Observation on the effect of Huayu Jiedu decotion combined with wet compress therapy in treating patients with type Ⅱ diabetes

目的探讨化瘀解毒汤联合溻渍法治疗2型糖尿病并发下肢丹毒的效果及分析对患者血清NO、TNF-α、IL-6的影响。方法选取2017年4月—2018年3月就诊于本院门诊的2型糖尿病并发下肢丹毒患者60例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为治疗组和对照组两组,每组各30例。对照组予抗生素静滴加硫酸镁湿敷,治疗组在应用抗生素的基础上加用化瘀解毒汤内服联合外用溻渍法;所有患者均治疗2周。观察两组患者中医证候积分疗效,治疗前后患者血清NO、TNF-α、IL-6水平。结果治疗后治疗组中医证候积分显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者血清NO、TNF-α、IL-6较对照组明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论化瘀解毒汤联合溻渍法能有效改善2型糖尿病并发下肢丹毒患者临床症状,降低血清NO、TNF-α、IL-6水平。

Objective To observe the effects of HuaYu Jiedu decotion(shorted for HYJDD)combined with wet compress in treating patients with type 2 diabetes complicated with lower limb erysipelas and to analyse its effect on serum NO,TNF-α,and IL-6.Methods Sixty patients with type II diabetes complicated with erysipelas on lower extremities,those admitted to outpatient of our hospital,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the method of random digital table,30 cases in each group.The control group was given antibiotic intravenous drip plus magnesium sulfate wet compress,while the treatment group was orally given HYJDD and external use on the basis of antibiotics use,all patients were treated for 2 weeks.The curative effect of TCM syndrome integral in two groups,and the levels of serum NO,TNF-α,IL-6 were observed.Results The scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum NO,TNF-α,IL-6 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions HYJDD combined with wet compress could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with type II diabetes mellitus complicated with erysipelas on lower extremities,reduce serum levels of NO,TNF-α,and IL-6.
