口腔矫治器治疗后OSAHS患者睡眠质量改变情况分析

Analysis of changes in sleep quality of OSAHS patients after treated with oral appliance

目的探讨阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者经口腔矫治器治疗后睡眠质量的变化。方法选择2015—2019年本院收治的20例OSAHS患者作为研究对象,采用下颌前移器型口腔矫治器治疗,通过多导睡眠图监测和匹兹堡睡眠质量评定表问卷调查,分析患者睡眠质量的主客观的改变。结果 20例OSAHS患者治疗前后,主客观的睡眠质量都得到明显改善(P<0.05)。结论下颌前移器型口腔矫治器治疗OSAHS,可以大大改善睡眠质量,有较明显的治疗效果,具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the changes of sleep quality in obstructive sleep apnoea hypopnoea syndrome(OSAHS)patients treated with oral appliance.Methods 20 OHAHS patients who were given treatment of oral appliance with mandibular anterior in the department of stomatology of Sanming Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Hospital from 2015 to 2019 were selected as study subjects,all patients were monitored by polysomnography and assessed according to the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)to confirm their subjective and objective changes in sleep quality.Results All these 20 OHAHS patients after the treatment of the mandibular advancement appliance,their subjective and objective sleep quality significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusions The mandibular advancement appliance could greatly change the sleep quality of OHAHS patients,with significant therapeutic effect,and it is of high clinical application value.
