455名男护士职业价值观现状及影响因素分析

A survey on professional values status of 455 male nurses and research on related influencing factors

目的了解目前山东省男护士的职业价值观并分析其影响因素。方法 2017年11月—2018年3月采用方便抽样的方法对获得知情同意的山东省12所三甲医院的455名男护士进行了职业价值观的现状调查。结果山东省男护士的职业价值观总体水平在中等偏上[(3.59±0.65)分]。其中,单项均分最高分、最低分分别为信任维度[(3.70±0.78)分]和行动主义维度[(3.42±0.68)分]。经多元逐步回归分析结果显示,影响男护士职业价值观的因素主要包括职称、婚姻状况和工作类型(P<0.05)。结论男护士的认知水平有待提高,对于不同的职称、婚姻状况和工作类型,应给予不同的帮助与支持,以提升男护士的职业价值观,从而有利于男护士职业发展。

Objective To understand the status of professional nursing values of male nurses in tertiary hospitals of Shandong province and related factors.Methods By using the convenient sampling method,an investigation on the current state of the professional values of 455 male nurses in Shandong province was conducted from November 2017 to March 2018.Results The score of professional nursing values of male nurses was above the average(3.59±0.65).The highest and lowest average scores of each item were respectively trust dimension(3.70±0.78)and activism dimension(3.42±0.68).The results of multiple regression revealed that marital status,professional title and type of work among male nurses were affecting factors of professional values(P<0.05).Conclusions The cognitive level of male nurses needs to be improved.According to different professional titles,marital status and work types,different support should be given to improve the professional values of male nurses,which is conducive to the career development of male nurses.
