摘要
连铸连轧是现在正在发展的技术之一,高温连铸坯控制是连铸连轧的基础。根据韶钢炼钢厂方坯连铸机高效工艺技术改进情况和国内外先进企业高效方坯连铸机的技术特点,分析了影响方坯连铸机拉速的各种因素,提出了提升方坯连铸拉速的措施。通过改进,炼钢厂方坯连铸最高拉速从2.8提升至3.5m/min,满足连铸连轧的需求。对比国内外高速连铸机业绩,找出了提升方坯连铸机拉速的关键控制技术,为高效方坯连铸生产工艺技术奠定了基础。
Continuous casting and rolling is one of the developing technologies,and high temperature continuous casting slab control is the basis of continuous casting and rolling.Based on the improvement of high efficiency technology of square billet continuous casting machine in Shaogang Steel Plant and the technical characteristics of efficient square billet continuous casting machine in advanced enterprises at home and abroad,the factors affecting the drawing speed of square billet continuous casting machine are analyzed,and the measures to improve the drawing speed of square billet continuous casting are put forward.Through improvement,the maximum drawing speed of billet continuous casting in the Steelmaking Plant was increased from 2.8 to 3.4 m/min,and the production quality met the rolling requirements.By comparing the performance of high speed continuous casting machine at home and abroad,the key control technology to improve the drawing speed of billet continuous casting machine was found out,which laid a foundation for the production technology of high efficiency continuous casting machine.
