电工钢钢包渣结壳问题分析

摘要 针对电工钢生产过程中钢包渣结壳的现象,与不结壳渣进行对比,从物质的组成,物相和黏度等3个方面进行了分析。结果表明,随着温度的降低,炉渣中析出大量的高熔点物相如MgO、尖晶石(MgO·Al2O3)、2CaO·SiO2等,在炉渣中起到"钉扎"强化作用的同时又能导致炉渣的黏度增加,失去流动能力,从而容易黏附在一起结块成壳。此外,提出了预防钢包渣结壳的有关措施。 Compared with the normal non-crusted slag,phenomenon of ladle slag encrustation in the production process of electrical steel was analyzed from three aspects of composition,phase and viscosity of the material.The results shown that with the decrease of temperature,a large a mount of high-melting phase such as MgO,MgO·Al2 O3 and 2 CaO·SiO2 and so on were precipitated from the slag,which not only acts as a"pinning"reinforcement in the slag,but also can lead to an increase in the viscosity of the slag,so it was very easy adhesion to agglomerate into a shell.In addition,relevant measures have been proposed to prevent ladle slag encrustation.
