摘要
羊毛织物一直以来受到消费者的青睐,为改善一些羊毛制品在加工和储存过程中易产生黄变,且漂白之后的白度不稳定的情况,试验将柠檬酸作为活化剂,应用在羊毛的弱酸性双氧水漂白工艺中进行研究。并且通过单因素试验与正交试验相结合的方式探讨柠檬酸用量、双氧水用量、焦磷酸钠用量、漂白温度、时间以及pH值对羊毛白度及强力的影响,从而确定出采用柠檬酸在羊毛漂白中的最优工艺。
Wool fabric has always been favored by consumers. In order to improve the situation that some wool products are prone to yellowing during processing and storage, and the whiteness is unstable after bleaching, citric acid is used as an activator in the weak acid hydrogen peroxide bleaching process of wool. The effects of citric acid, hydrogen peroxide, sodium pyrophosphate, bleaching temperature, time and pH on the whiteness and strength of wool were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiments. The optimum technology of using citric acid in wool bleaching was determined.
