摘要
为开发防蚊网眼织物,采用高支棉纤维纱线在高针距双面大圆机上编织网眼格子状组织,不仅立体美观,而且使织物的吸湿速干、透气效果增强,保证人们对夏季服装织物轻薄的需求,织物通过后整理加入新型防蚊助剂,使得织物具有防蚊效果,并测试织物的防蚊驱避率。结果表明,原样驱避率66.67%,10次水洗后驱避53.13%,50次水洗后驱避率39.00%,因此所开发的织物有良好的驱蚊效果,且环保安全可靠,有着广阔的市场前景。
In order to study the development of mosquito proof mesh fabric, high count cotton fiber yarn was used to weave mesh lattice structure on high needle pitch double-sided circular knitting machine. It has not only three-dimensional beauty, but also enhances the moisture absorption, quick drying and air permeability of the fabric, thus ensuring people’s demand for light and thin clothing fabrics in summer. After finishing, the fabric was treated by adding new anti-mosquito additives to make the fabric have anti-mosquito effect, and the anti-mosquito and repellent rate of the fabric was tested. The results showed that the repellent rate was 66.67%, 53.13% after 10 times of washing and 39.00% after 50 times of washing. Therefore, the developed fabric has good repellent effect,environmental protection, safety and reliability, and has a broad market prospect.
