摘要 随着中国加入WTO,国外企业纷纷涌入我国市场,企业间的竞争愈演愈烈。因此,企业人力资源管理工作者为了参与到企业的重大决策中为企业长远发展献计献策,将无暇兼顾的非核心业务交由第三方完成,人力资源管理外包战略应运而生。然而,"外包"是舶来品,它的出现一方面解放了繁复的劳动力,为企业增添了持续竞争力,另一方面也存在一些不可避免的风险。针对人力资源管理外包带来的风险问题进行深入研究分析,并随之提出相应对策建议。 With China’s accession to WTO, numerous foreign enterprises have been swarming into Chinese market, and competition between foreign and domestic enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce. Therefore, the workers in human resource management have to become members of senior management group to make strategic decisions for enterprise’s prospective development, and the non-core business that human resource management workers fail to accomplish is left to a third-party organization to carry out. Thus, human resource management outsourcing arises at the time. However, "outsourcing" is word of borrowed concept. On one hand, it can liberate the heavy labor force and boost the sustainable competitiveness of enterprise, on the other hand, there are some inevitable risks hidden behind it. Aiming at the risk of human resource management outsourcing, a deep analysis is conducted and several practical suggestions are put forward.
