探讨早期康复干预对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能康复的相关性研究

To Explore the Correlation Between Early Rehabilitation Intervention and Wrist Joint Function Rehabilitation after Distal Radius Fracture

目的:探究分析早期康复干预对桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能康复的影响。方法:选取2015年1月至2020年1月我院收治的70例桡骨远端骨折患者为本次研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和研究组,每组各35例,对照组实施常规康复锻炼,研究组实施早期康复干预,观察两组骨折愈合时间和腕关节功能恢复情况,并对数据进行统计分析。结果:研究组骨折愈合时间短于对照组(P<0.05),研究组优良率为97.14%,对照组为80.00%,研究组腕关节功能恢复情况优于对照组者(P<0.05)。结论:将早期康复干预应用于桡骨远端骨折术后腕关节功能的康复锻炼中效果显著,可有效促进骨折愈合和功能恢复,具有较高的临床使用价值,值得在临床中应用推广。

Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on wrist joint functional rehabilitation after distal radius fracture.Methods:70 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital were selected for this study.70 patients were admitted from January 2015 to January2020,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a research group,35 cases each.The control group carried out routine rehabilitation exercises,and the research group carried out early rehabilitation interventions.The fracture healing time and wrist joint function recovery of the two groups were observed,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results:The fracture healing time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05),the excellent rate of the study group was 97.14%,the control group was 80.00%,and the recovery of wrist function in the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of early rehabilitation intervention in the rehabilitation exercise of wrist joint function after distal radius fracture has a significant effect,can effectively promote fracture healing and functional recovery,has high clinical value,and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
