护士对肾病综合征患儿实施微信平台健康教育体验

Nurses Implement WeChat Platform Health Education Experience for Children with Nephrotic Syndrome

目的:总结肾病综合征患儿接受基于微信平台的健康教育的实效性。方法:在2019年2月至6月开展本次研究。随机选取我院治疗并顺利出院的86例肾病综合征患儿作为案例,期间总共选取在我院接受诊治的86例肾病综合征患儿作为案例进行对比研究。入选后应用掷殷子方式完成分组。常规组提供常规护理。实验组采用基于微信平台的健康教育护理服务。以疾病认知、服务满意度作为指标进行对比。结果:实验组患儿家属对疾病认知评分平均数以及对护理服务满意度评价均显著高于常规组,数据差异较大且满足统计学标准(P<0.05)。结论:肾病综合征患儿实施微信平台健康教育的实效性较好,可以显著提升护理服务综合效益,可以更好的强化患儿家属对于疾病的认知,值得推广。

Objective:To summarize the effectiveness of health education based on WeChat platform in children with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:The study was conducted from February to June 2019.Randomly selected 86 children with nephrotic syndrome treated and discharged from our hospital as cases.Results:The mean scores of the disease cognition scores and the satisfaction degree of nursing services of the children’s families in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the conventional group.The data were significantly different and met the statistical criteria(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of WeChat platform health education in children with nephrotic syndrome is effective and can significantly improve the comprehensive benefits of nursing services.It can better strengthen the family members’ awareness of the disease and is worth promoting.
