摘要
高强双相钢DP1180兼有高强度和一定成形性,是汽车结构件的重要材料。由于高强双相钢DP1180抗拉强度在1 180 MPa以上,因此平整难度极大,在轧制过程中易出现轧制力大、边浪和伸长率不合格等问题。通过对该钢种在平整轧制过程中出现的问题进行剖析,提出了相应的针对性措施,解决了高强双相钢DP1180在轧制过程中出现的问题,获得了良好的实践效果。
High-strength steel DP1180,which had both high strength and some formability, is an important material for automobile structural parts.Because the tensile strength of high strength steel DP1180 is above 1 180 MPa, the skin pass rolling process is very difficult. In the rolling process, problems such as heavy rolling force, edge wave and unqualified elongation are prone to occur. By analyzing the problems occurred in the skin pass rolling process, the corresponding measures were put forward to solve the problems, and good practical results were obtained.
