热轧浊环系统高速过滤器反洗水处理工艺优化 被引量:2

Optimization of backwashing water treatment technology of high speed filter in hot rolling waste water recirculating system

摘要 阐述了热轧浊环水处理系统高速过滤器反洗水处理工艺,通过典型案例的分析发现热轧浊环水处理系统高速过滤器反洗水处理工艺运行过程中存在平流沉淀池、反洗水调节池和污泥浓缩池积泥,热轧浊环水水质超标和板框压滤机出泥率低等缺陷。通过采取工艺优化措施,热轧浊环水处理系统高速过滤器处理后的热轧浊环水水质明显提高,出泥量增加,平流沉淀池、反洗水调节池、污泥浓缩池积泥减少,污泥处理设施故障率低,从而降低了设备维护和备件费用,实现了设备自动化运行,系统运行效果良好。 The backwashing water treatment process of the high-pressure filter in the hot rolling waste water recirculating system was described. According to some typical cases analysis, it was found that there were some defects in the operation of the backwashing treatment process of the high-pressure filter in the hot rolling waste water recirculating system, such as the sludge accumulation in the horizontal sedimentation tank, backwashing water regulating pool, and sludge concentration tank, the water quality of waste water in hot rolling above the standard and the low sludge yield of plate-frame press filter. With the optimized process, the quality of wast water in hot rolling after the treatment by the high-speed filter of the hot-rolled water treatment system was obviously improved and the sludge discharge was increased, sludge accumulation in horizontal sedimentation tank, backwashing water regulating tank, sludge concentration tank, is reduced, sludge treatment facilities failure rate is low, thus reducing equipment maintenance and spare parts costs, realizing equipment automation operation. The results showed that new systems operated well.
