摘要
针对高压绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)串联型换流阀驱动供能问题,提出利用级联型无线能量传输技术为其提供稳定的电源,该供能系统使用中继线圈来增加电能传输的距离,同时中继线圈不仅向下一级的线圈传输能量,也为与该线圈相连的IGBT驱动传输能量。其中,中继线圈补偿网络结构,直接影响着电能传输的质量,中继线圈采用CLC型和LCL型相结合的补偿结构为IGBT的驱动供能,并针对该系统建立了数学模型,进行了拓扑分析,得到LCL型具有将恒流源转化为恒压源的特性,经过仿真验证,最后搭建了一个6级负载的实验平台,验证了该系统的频率特性和输出特性。
In order to deal with the problem of supplying power for the series insulated gate bipolar transistor(IGBT)drive in high voltage converter valve,using the cascaded wireless power transmission technology to provides stable power supply for the drive is proposed,and using repeater coils to increase the distance of power transmission,while the repeater coils not only transmit energy to the next coil,also provide the power for IGBT drive.Compensation structure of the repeater coils directly impact on the quality of the power transmission,adopt compensation structure of the combination of CLC and LCL for IGBT driving power,and establish the mathematical model for the system and analyse the theory of the system topology.The network structure of LCL can convert the input of constant current source to the characteristics of the output of constant voltage source.Through simulation verification,finally a 6 levels of loads experiment platform is built to proves the output characteristics and frequency characteristics of the system.
