摘要
双向直流变换器在新能源发电、电动汽车以及电池供电系统等领域中都得到了广泛应用和研究。在此研究了一种组合式双向直流变换电路及其控制技术。它由Buck电路和Boost电路组成,从根本上解决了半桥双向变换器潜在直通和启动等问题,在给出的控制技术下也不存在轻载时无功电流等问题,而且功率器件能够独立优化设计。仿真和实验结果验证了该电路和控制技术是正确可行的。
Bi-directional DC converter has been widely used and researched in many applications,such as renewable generation,electric vehicle and battery power system.A kind of combined bi-directional DC converter and its control technology are studied.It is composed of Buck circuit and Boost circuit which fundamentally solve the potential shootthrough and starting problems of the half-bridge bidirectional converter.Under the control technology given,there are no problems such as reactive current under light load and the power device can be optimized independently.Simulation and experimental results show that the circuit and control technology are correct and feasible.
