人文视域下高校创新创业教育探析 被引量:1

摘要 高校创新创业教育的目的不只是解决目前大学生就业难的问题,而是素质教育的拓展和深化,是人才培养规格的丰富与完善。人文教育是创新创业教育的重要内容之一,二者在根本目标上具有一致性,同时人文素质奠定了是创新创业成功的基石。近年来,高校的创新创业教育成效显著,但也存在一些问题。这些问题的出现,与创新创业教育中人文教育的边缘化有着密切的关系。因此,从人文教育的视角出发,通过进一步明确创新创业教育的目标,突出课程设置中创新创业教育与人文教育的融合,按融合需要优化师资队伍结构,营造良好的文化氛围等途径提高高校创新创业教育的水平。 The purpose of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities is not only for the unemployment of college students currently,but also for quality education expanding and deepening,and the talent cultivation standard enrichment and improvement as well.Humanities education is one of the important contents for the innovation and entrepreneurship education,and they are consistent in fundamental purpose,and lays the foundation of the success of innovation and entrepreneurship.In recent years,although innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities have gained great success,it still has some problems,one of the causes of which is the marginalization of humanity education during innovation and entrepreneurship education.Therefore,from the perspective of humanity education,this article holds the idea that there are the ways to further clarify the purpose of innovation and entrepreneurship education,to highlight the integration between innovation and entrepreneurship education and humanity education,to optimize the staff structure by integration needs,and to establish good innovation and entrepreneurship cultural atmosphere,so as to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities.
