成都市某高校新生艾滋病知识干预效果评价

Evaluation of AIDS Knowledge Intervention Effect for Freshmen in One University in Chengdu City

目的了解某高校大学一年级新生干预前后艾滋病防治知识的知晓情况,评价新生艾滋病防治知识及安全套使用技能的干预效果。方法按专业类型采取分层随机整群抽样选取某高校600名新生,调查基本人口学特征、艾滋病知识知晓情况、风险意识、风险应对能力、安全套使用技能的问卷调查;干预后,按同样的抽样方法选取400名入学时接受干预的大学一年级新生进行问卷终末调查。结果干预前,回收有效问卷584份,干预后,回收有效问卷395份;艾滋病知识知晓率问卷正答6条及以上人数比由从干预前的74.49%提高到干预后的88.10%;各项风险意识知晓率有明显提高;风险应对能力明显增强,安全套使用技能显著改善。结论该高校大学一年级新生具备一定的艾滋病防治知识,但整体知晓仍不够系统全面,在各类高校社会动员项目的基础上,通过学生社团进行早期干预,能有效提高大学新生的艾滋病知晓情况及风险应对能力。

Objection To understand the awareness of AIDS prevention knowledge before and after the intervention in freshmen in a university so as to evaluate the intervention effect of AIDS prevention knowledge and condom use skills in freshmen.Methods A stratified random cluster sampling was used to select 600 freshmen from a university according to their majors.Participants were asked to fill out the questionnaires,including basic demographic characteristics,knowledge of AIDS,risk awareness,risk response ability and condom use skills.After the intervention,400 freshmen who received the intervention were selected by a stratified random cluster sampling for the final questionnaire survey.Result 584 valid questionnaires were collected before intervention,and 395 valid questionnaires were collected after intervention.The proportion of six or more correct answers to the AIDS knowledge questionnaire increased from 74.49%before intervention to 88.10 after intervention.The awareness rate of risk awareness significantly increased after the intervention.The ability to respond to risks has been significantly enhanced,and condom use skills have been significantly improved after the intervention.Conclusion The freshmen of this university have certain knowledge towards AIDS prevention and treatment,but the overall knowledge is still not systematic and comprehensive.On the basis of the social mobilization project of the university,early intervention through student clubs can effectively improve the students’awareness and coping ability of AIDS.
