2015-2018年内江市艾滋病异性传播病例特征分析

Characteristics of HIV/AIDS Heterosexual Transmission Cases in Neijiang of Sichuan Province

目的了解内江市2015-2018年艾滋病异性性传播方式的构成及分布特征,为内江市艾滋病防控工作提供依据。方法通过艾滋病防治基本信息系统统计2015-2018年新报告现住址为内江市、传播途径为异性传播的艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人(以下简称HIV/AIDS),采用SPSS 23.0软件对病人人口学特征和感染途径进行χ~2检验。结果调查异性传播病例4 717例,异性传播病例中通过非婚商业性行为传播的占60.87%(2 867/4 717),通过非婚非商业性行为传播的占27.62%(1 303/4 717),通过配偶阳性传播的占9.71%(458/4 717),非婚未分类占1.89%(89/4 717)。不同县(市、区)异性传播均以非婚商业性传播为主,不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度和职业艾滋病异性传播构成差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2015-2018年内江市艾滋病异性传播构成方式因不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、职业和文化程度而不同,50岁以上年龄组、男性、未婚和离异或丧偶、文化程度偏低的农民因非婚商业感染风险更大,但经非婚非商业性行为传播及配偶阳性传播艾滋病同样不容忽视,应针对不同的感染方式和不同的人群,制定有针对性宣传干预策略,从而有效控制艾滋病经异性性途径传播。

Objective To understand the composition and distribution characteristics of heterosexual transmission of HIV/AIDS in Neijiang city from 2015 to 2018,in order to provide evidence for HIV/AIDS prevention and control in Neijiang.Methods The newly reported HIV infection and AIDS patients(HIV/AIDS)whose current address was Neijiang and transmission route was heterosexual transmission from 2015 to 2018 were extracted from the HIV/AIDS Prevention and Control Information System.The data was statistically analyzed by SPSS 23.0 software on the demographic characteristics of cases and infection route by Chi-square test.Results Totally,4717 cases of heterosexual transmission were investigated,among which 60.87%(2867/4717)were transmitted through non-marital commercial sex,27.62%(1303/4717)were transmitted through non-marital and non-commercial sex,9.71%(458/4717)were transmitted by HIV/AIDS positive spouse,and not classified-unmarried people accounted for 1.89%(89/4717).Non-marital commercial transmission was the main form of heterosexual transmission in different counties(city/district),the composition of heterosexual HIV/AIDS transmission in different gender,age,marital status,educational level and occupation was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The composition of heterosexual HIV/AIDS transmission in Neijiang from 2015 to 2018 varies according to gender,age,marital status,occupation and education level.People over 50 years old,male,unmarried,divorced or widowed,and less educated farmers are high-risk groups of infection from non-marital commercial sex,but the HIV/AIDS transmission by non-marital and non-commercial sex and HIV/AIDS positive spouse also could not be neglected.Targeted communication intervention strategies should be developed according to different infection modes and different populations,so as to control the transmission of HIV/AIDS through heterosexual sex.
