摘要
本研究对农业部测定土壤中缓效钾含量的方法进行改进。结果表明,改进后的方法相对标准偏差<5%、相对误差-0.4^-2.2%,改进后的方法有较好的精密度和准确度,操作更加方便快捷。
In this study, the determination method for non-exchangeable potassium in soil, proposed by the Ministry of Agriculture, was improved. The result showed that relative standard deviation was less than 5% and relative error was -0.4%--2.2%. The improved method had better precision and accuracy, and the operation was more convenient and fast.
