探究人文关怀和心理护理在宫颈癌护理中产生的效果

Explore the Effect of Humanistic Care and Psychological Care in the Nursing of Cervical Cancer

目的:研究人文关怀和心理护理在宫颈癌护理中产生的效果。方法:选取2017年1月至2019年6月于我院接受治疗的76例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,每组38例。对照组施行常规护理,观察组行人文关怀与心理护理,对比两组护理满意度与SAS评分。结果:护理1个月后,观察组满意度高于对照组,且SAS评分明显较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫颈癌患者护理过程中辅助人文关怀与心理护理利于提升护理满意度,减轻患者心理障碍,提高护理质量。

Objective:To study the effect of humanistic care and psychological nursing in cervical cancer care.Methods:76 cases of cervical cancer patients who received treatment in our hospital from January 2017 to June 2019 were selected as study subjects,and were randomly divided into 2 groups,38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received humanistic care and psychological nursing,and the nursing satisfaction and SAS score of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1 month of nursing,the observation group was more satisfied than the control group,and the SAS score was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The auxiliary humanistic care and psychological nursing in the nursing process of cervical cancer patients can help to improve nursing satisfaction,reduce patients’psychological barriers and improve the quality of nursing.
