人工抗原提呈细胞研究进展分析

摘要 人工抗原提呈细胞(artificial antigen presenting cell,AAPC)主要采用人工信息载体,通过异种动物体细胞,结合化学交联操作,对基因进行重组,调整MHC标准,确定抗原肽复合物标准,实施刺激分子的作用。通过模拟T淋巴细胞的活化信息,采用体外信号或体内活化作用,实现T淋巴细胞的作用,满足人为信息控制标准,调整AAPC数据上的MHC作用,通过肽原复合作用,实施刺激作用的分子类别分析,确定种类和数量标准,依据T淋巴新报进行活化,确定调控的标准,依据肿瘤、淋巴感染的情况,实施有效的细胞分子治疗,实施抗原提呈,完成T淋巴细胞活化信号的研究应用。
