Deficits of perceived spatial separation induced prepulse inhibition in patients with first-episode schizophrenia

Objective To investigate the discrimination of firstepisode schizophrenia patients and healthy people using a perceived spatial separation induced pre-pulse inhibition(PSS-PPI).Methods A total of 42 patients with firstepisode schizophrenia and 38 healthy controls matched with gender,age,and education level were included.
